Facility Rental at the Dodge House

Both the Dodge House Ballroom and gardens are available for rent for your upcoming event. The Ballroom is perfect for an intimate wedding or event, and the beautiful gardens are in bloom throughout the spring, summer, and early fall.

Ballroom Rental

Sit-down event or dinner - 50 people maximum

Stand-up only functions - 75 people maximum

Day (before 5 pm) - $400.00

Night (after 5 pm) - $500.00

The rental fee includes: reservation of the Ballroom for a 5-hour block of time, janitorial services (setting up tables, chairs, and trash removal), and a self-guided tour of the Dodge House. The 5-hour block of time covers set-up, event, and clean up. For an evening rental please do not plan to begin setting up before 4:30 pm. This enables us to continue giving tours for the day. If your event goes over the allotted time you will be charged $25.00 for every 30 minutes over the given time.

Rental of the Gardens & Other Areas

Use of the gardens is available for day events only (ending before 5 pm). The fee is $100 for two hours. This rental fee does not include tables and chairs or admittance to the Dodge House.
